Water baptism is one of the first acts of obedience for every believer. It is a public declaration that you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.

This course will help you understand:

Why believers are baptized
Why baptism follows salvation
What baptism represents
How to prepare for your baptism
How to continue growing after baptism

We encourage you to read every lesson prayerfully while studying each Scripture provided.

Baptism Course Registration

We're excited that you've decided to take the next step in your walk with Jesus Christ.
The JKMI/CDLC Baptism Course is designed to help you understand the biblical foundation of water baptism by immersion and prepare you for your Baptism Celebration.
Whether you are a new believer or have never been baptized after accepting Christ, this course will equip you with God's Word and prepare you to publicly declare your faith.

Course Details:
Course Format

Attend 7 virtual online lessons (3 times a week Tues/Thurs/Saturday)
Time: Tuesday/Thursday : 6-7PM EST, Saturday 7PM EST (Recording available for watch)
Approximately 1 hour
Seven biblical lessons
Scripture reading and reflection
Course completion certificate, and Baptism Certificate

Requirements

Have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior
Complete all seven lessons, watch recorded lesson if you missed live one.
Agree with the Baptism Candidate Statement
